We only accept orders for delivery within the United Kingdom
We only supply to business users at their place(s) of business
We deliver next working day on all items. All orders must be placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday to ensure next working day delivery. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on the following Monday. In the event that items are out of stock we will send them as soon as possible.

Orders over £90.00 + VAT are inclusive of any standard delivery charges. Orders under £90.00 will incur a delivery charge of £7.75 + VAT. The delivery charge reflects the total price of the items ordered and is added to the shopping cart.
DELIVERY COST EXCEPTIONS
N.B. Additional delivery charges will apply for the Scottish Highlands - £29.95 + VAT, Northern Ireland - £32.35 + Vat, and all islands - £29.95 + VAT –regardless of order value.

This Website uses RMS Ltd for all credit and debit card transactions. Under no circumstances will we hold sensitive payment details such as your card number, expiry date and security code. Returns & Replacements
RETURNS POLICY, RETURNING GOODS
The majority of items are food products - we do not accept for refund or exchange any opened or used food items. If you wish to return ancillary items or food items which are faulty we will accept them up to 5 days after you have received your order. “Received” is the date you signed for the goods. A signature is taken by the driver and this is timed and dated.
The goods must be unused and unopened and in new condition. We will only issue a refund once we have received the goods. We may charge a 15% handling fee.
The cost of returning goods will be the customer’s.
CANCELLATIONS
You can cancel order before dispatch, all payments be refunded.
If the order is cancelled after the goods have been dispatched Returns Policy above applies.
MACHINE PURCHASE
In the case of outright purchase or leasing of machines, the above conditions do not apply. You have 24 hours to cancel your order. When machines are leased, they are not despatched until acceptance of the agreement by the lease provider.
REFUNDS
Refunds are subject to the above terms and conditions. The credit or debit card will be credited back and a receipt given. Orders paid for by cheque will be refunded by a credit in the case of an account holder, otherwise by cheque.
