RETURNS POLICY, RETURNING GOODS
As most of items are food products - we do not accept for refund or exchange any opened or used consumables. If you wish to return accessories or consumables which are not faulty we will accept them up to 4 days after you have received the goods. The received time starts from the date you signed for the goods with the carrier. (A customer signature is recorded by our courier for evidence).

The goods must be unused and unopened and in the same condition in which they were delivered. We will only issue a refund once the goods are returned to us and we are satisfied that they are in a re-sellable condition and have not been used. We reserve the right to charge a 20% handling, Re-stocking and refunding fee.
The cost and responsibility of returning unwanted or non-faulty goods will be yours the customer.

CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your consumables and accessories order up until the point at which the order has been dispatched to our carrier. If an order has been cancelled prior to dispatch any charges payments made by the customer will be refunded in full.

If the order is cancelled and the goods have already been dispatched to our carrier it will be treated as a RETURNING OF GOODS. (Please refer to the returning of goods policy)
By purchasing machine equipment or entering into a lease agreement on machine equipment the above conditions no longer apply. A period of 24 hours grace is given in which you the customer has to cancel your order. After such time you cannot.

REFUNDS ON RETURNED GOODS
Refunds on returned goods are subject to the above terms and conditions and are given by credit or debit cards and a credit receipt will be issued. Orders paid for by cheque or cash will be refunded by a company cheque. We reserve the right to charge a 20% handling, re-stocking and refunding fee.
